As we are getting closer to the end of 2023 we want to invest in creating experiences that connect us even more as a community. This is so much more than a regular fitness class. Want to spend a Sunday morning surrounded by like-minded individuals ready to crush a good workout and have a good time? We’re super excited to announce our 2nd edition of Transform in Orlando, Florida!

What to expect:
- 60min HIIT full body & glutes class with Oriana Torres. Get ready to sweat!
- No need to pack much, we will provide everything you need for your workout (surprise goodie bags!)
- 30min Mindfulness Meditation.
- Cultivating an attitude of gratitude activity.
- Post-workout Happy Hour! Enjoy refreshments, get to connect with the BBO community, take plenty of photos with the team and just have an amazing time!

What to bring:
- Comfortable activewear set that makes you feel AMAZING
- Training shoes
- Hair-tie! We will end up looking like a mess but it’ll be worth it!
